For Customized items like artworks,
There are NO RETURNS for Customized Items. Those sales are final unless it’s a quality issue (physical material) or incorrectly sent.
Can I get a refund on my custom artwork?
Due to the nature of the product being 100% custom made we will be unable to refund any order that has been processed and shipped. The items are personalized and we cannot resell, donate or do anything with an item that is returned.
What if I Don’t Like My Custom Artwork?
If you do have issues please reach out to us as each case is different and a variety of reasons could be effecting how the art is displayed (bad quality photo, bad lighting, missing notes in order to highlight a specific feature).

Shipping for returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
